When will my order ship?

Ready-To-Ship items

Items in stock will be shipped from Arizona in 3-5 business days. Wait times may be extended during the holiday season. Please be sure to order sooner than later during this time of year. Estimated wait times will be provided at that time.

Made-On-Demand items

Any items that are NOT in stock are put in process to be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. The wait times for production and shipping will be in the item description section. Wait times may be extended during the holiday season. Please be sure to order sooner than later during this time of year. Estimated wait times will be provided at that time.

Can I combine Ready-To-Ship items with items Made-On-Demand?

Yes, you can, however you may or may not receive your items at the same time and more likely Ready-To-Ship items will not ship until the Made-On-Demand items are shipped.

Can I cancel/modify my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours from when the order is placed. After 24 hours, the orders can no longer be canceled or modified as they’re already put in process at that point. Please contact us ASAP. 

Do we take returns/exchanges?

- Made-On-Demand items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Ready-To-Ship items have a 5 day return policy. You MUST contact us first and be approved for the return/exchange. The item must be unused and undamaged, with original packaging. A return address will be provided for you. The customer will need to cover return shipping costs and 20% restocking fee.

 Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Please contact your local post office to provide them with your tracking number received via automatic email. Check spam and junk mail folders if you do not see your email. Your post office will be able to locate the exact GPS location that your item was last scanned. Unfortunately we are not responsible for the item once it is in the possession of the mail courier. 

Item Returned to Sender?

Shipping labels are generated with the address the customer inputs when placing their order. If your package is returned to us, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any further shipping costs to re-ship.

What is our product safety standard?

Our products have been certified STANDARD 100 by Oeko-Tex meaning the materials including threads, buttons, dyes, etc. used to create our products have been tested for harmful substances and has met Oeko-Tex’s extensive criteria for being cleared as 100% safe. Products for babies and items that come into direct contact with the skin receive the strictest criteria for testing.
